Partnership & Alliances Manager (Remote)

Preferable Location: Boston   |   Full Time

The Opportunity 

Business at Modulus Data is booming. We seek an experienced Partnership & Alliances Manager to join our all-star business-to-business sales team. At Modulus Data, you’ll Introduce Flexspring, our proven integration platform as a service (iPaaS), to HR software companies who need a faster, more cost-effective way to solve integration challenges.

What will you do in this role?

  • Identify and close HR software partnership & alliance targets. 
  • Manage existing alliance partnerships to expand revenue. 
  • Sell Flexspring data integration solutions to software companies that want to boost sales by eliminating integration obstacles.
  • Use email, LinkedIn, phone outreach, and other creative ways to build a pipeline of partnership candidates.
  • Present our Flexspring iPaaS solution for faster, more cost-effective data integration.
  • Manage partner agreements and legal documents.
  • Fill in Statement of Work contracts to document what integrations are being sold to partner clients.
  • Record details about partner and client interactions in Salesforce. 

Essential Skills and Experience 

  • A College degree or relevant business experience.
  • 4 years of experience in a relevant position: Partnerships and Alliances, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Sharp technology and business acumen.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enjoy connecting and talking over the phone with decision-makers.
  • Be a good listener to identify a business’s integration pain point.
  • Confident presenting over Zoom.
  • Possess a high level of initiative and responsibility for self-reliant action.
  • Experience in identifying prospects using LinkedIn.
  • Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM), ideally Salesforce.

Nice to have

  • HR business process knowledge from selling software or technology to HR departments. 
  • Comfortable explaining complex technology in simple ways to non-technical HR professionals.
